I had been looking for a place to buy or rent for about four months before finding this little gem. It has nice views, good drainage, and the water table is about 150 feet down (making it easy to get a water well). It also came with a garage, some outbuildings, power, driveway, gravel pad, and a septic system. Having a ready-made lawn (well, a field really) was a bonus.
